About Ian.
I have over 20 years experience in the creation of user-centred solutions across CX and UX; delivering innovative, transformative customer experiences and customer journey design.
I aim to design sustainable solutions that respond to human and environmental needs; both now and in the future.
I get greatest satisfaction in creating processes that make a difference in people's lives - helping them through difficult life events and achieving healthy behavioural change.
I use a mix of qual and quant. I listen to humans and data.
I apply principles of active listening and empathy.
I am naturally inquisitive, analytical and democratic – open to having my thinking challenged & changed for the greater good.
I aim to foster positive collaborative environments
I've worked with private and public sector in the UK and internationally : HMRC, lots of Local Gov and 3rd sector clients in Social care, Health & Wellbeing, Digital First, Abundance Ethical Investment, Boots, Lloyds Bank, e-on, Superchips, Toys R Us, Emma Bridgewater.
